open the package ,install the handle

Move the handle slightlly to see if the running is normal
Use paper knife cut the laminated Identification Card less than 110mm width ,and insert to the gathering sill of the cutting card machine,move the handle quickly after Localization

Pay attention that the presses edge cannot less than 3mm. Can not half side or cut slowly ,or will appearl rough edge or stuck knife
